What is the price of shipping?
We like to keep things simple: global shipping is $4.98, or free on orders over $60. Occasionally, we also offer FREE SHIPPING promotions.
What is the shipping time?
All orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours, Monday through Saturday.
- Transit times (US & Canada): 3-6 business days
- Transit times (International):
- UK & Europe (Germany, Austria, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Poland): 3-6 business days
- Australia: 6-12 business days
- New Zealand: 10-25 business days
- Mexico: 6-12 business days
- Rest of the world: 10-25 business days
If you realize there’s a mistake in your address, please contact us as soon as possible so we can correct it before the order ships. Once an order has left our warehouse, we won’t be able to change the address.
Please note that DaoTreasures is not responsible for any import duties or taxes. Some items may ship from our overseas warehouse, and customers may be required to pay import duties or taxes, especially for deliveries outside the USA.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, DaoTreasures ships to most countries worldwide. However, there are some remote locations we cannot ship to, including:
- Niue, French Guiana, the British Virgin Islands, Aruba, New Caledonia, Bahrain, Cayman Islands.
