My discount code is not working – What should I do?

If your discount code is not working, please check the following:

Validity – when your discount code comes from our newsletter, they are special promotions valid for 24h, 48h, or 72 hours only.
Double code activation – check if there are any other discount code/s activated. Only 1 per order applies.
Misprint – Discount codes are caps sensitive. Check for typos and correct format.
