We advise not to wear any jewelry while showering or in the swimming pool, in order to avoid any possible damage or losing the item.

There is no one right answer here.
For example, Obsidian is usually advised to be kept overnight every other night; Moonstone is not to be worn on the full moon. Basically, it is up to the crystal and wearer energy to match up.

We advise avoiding wearing the crystal jewelry while working out in order to avoid any possible damage or losing the item.

We would love to, but unfortunately, at the moment, due to the high amount of orders we receive daily, it is not possible for us to offer customized items.

If the silver parts start to look dull, lightly polish them with a soft, dry cloth to bring them back to being pretty and shiny.

Choosing the perfect bracelet size is very important. The bracelet sizes are always listed in the description section, under the \”Dimensions\” heading.
Prior to choosing the bracelet size, we advise measuring your wrist with measuring tape.
In order to have different fitting styles, add an inch(es)/cm to your wrist size:

For a snug fit: add 1/4\” to 1/2\” (0.6 cm to 1.2 cm);
For a comfort fit: add 3/4\” to 1\” (1.9 cm to 2.5 cm);
For a loose fit: add 1 1/4\” (3.1 cm).

Most of our rings are adjustable, and there is no option for choosing the size.

For example, the beaded rings are made with an elastic band, and they can stretch from size 8 up to size 11. While the rings with metal shanks are retractable from sizes 5,5 up to size 9, or 11.
All of our rings have specific sizes noted in the description section on their page.

The information that is worth sharing – we started sending extra elastic bands with our bracelets recently.
We wanted to provide the opportunity to restring the bracelet in cases when there is a need for a better fit or size adjustment.

If you haven\’t received the extra elastic string, contact our jewelry specialists for additional assistance.

Our packages are handled with care because it is our job to make sure that your parcel is packed in a way that will allow it to travel safely to its final destination.
However, Conscious Items unfortunately cannot predict and make guarantees for unfortunate events through the whole logistic chain.

We only work with high-quality, natural stones. Any item that has anything else included like dyed or synthetic stone, has that information noted in the product\’s description part.
Please note, that for items made of crystal beads, we use a specific crystal line elastic band. There are some parts of our items that are copper plated, 14K gold, 18k gold, titanium steel, Silver S925, alloy plated, etc.

Even though we are shipping worldwide, our carriers are requesting for the shipping address to be written in English.
Also, the phone number is required when providing shipping information so the carrier can easily contact you.

Our main goal is to process all orders quickly and flawlessly. Once the order is processed, we cannot make any changes as it’s already on the way.

When you place your order, we’re on it – we know you need it fast!
The packing and shipping process starts immediately. Once the order is processed at the warehouse we are not able to cancel it, so please contact us as soon as possible if you want to cancel your order so we can react right away.

  5. Make sure to log in to your account to shorten the process of providing the contact and shipping information, but also to collect the reward points and use the slider for redeeming the ones you already have.

In case your bracelet breaks, don\’t worry, if you purchase a lifetime warranty, we can help you repair it (you only have to pay the shipping fee and ship it to us).

Heavenlywards has no control over the tax rates of different countries. The prices shown on our website refer only to the value of the products.
Once you move to the checkout, a delivery fee may be added to the total purchase price. Feel free to check the delivery fees on this page.
